Requirements
Section titled “Requirements”Do I need a Mac? No. KeyMob runs on Windows and macOS. Instruments, the device Console and Xcode run only on macOS.
Do I need Xcode? No, and you do not need a project. KeyMob reads data from the device, not from your build directory.
Does the device need to be jailbroken? No. KeyMob works with unmodified iOS 12 or later. The device must be unlocked and trusted over USB.
Do I need to install anything on the device? No. You do not need a companion app, a profile or an agent. KeyMob reads everything from your computer over the connection.
Do I need to change my app? No. You do not need an SDK, a library or a rebuild. KeyMob measures the build already installed on the device, which is the same build your users run.
Which iOS versions are supported? iOS 12 or later, on iPhone and iPad.
Which computers are supported? Windows 10 or later (x86_64) and macOS 10.15 or later. A Linux version is not available.
Features
Section titled “Features”Which apps can I inspect? Performance counters and logs cover apps running on the device. File access and data decryption cover the app containers that the device makes available to a trusted computer. KeyMob does not bypass platform protections.
Does it work with Flutter, React Native or Unity3D? Yes. The counters come from the operating system, not from your framework. Apps built with Objective-C, Swift, Flutter, React Native, hybrid H5, Cocos2d and Unity3D are all measured the same way.
Can it monitor mini-programs? Yes. Select the mini-program’s own process instead of the host app.
Can it capture network traffic? The performance module reports network volume: bytes in and out, not request contents. To inspect requests or decrypt HTTPS, use SniffMaster; the Network Capture menu item in KeyMob opens it.
Can it debug a web page inside a WebView? No. Use WebDebugX.
Does it support Android? No. KeyMob works with Apple’s device services only.
Connection
Section titled “Connection”Do I need to keep the cable connected? You need the cable to pair the device. After that, you can switch to Wi-Fi. For frame-rate work, stay on USB, because network delays look the same as stutter on the device.
Can I connect several devices at once? Yes. Each device has its own session.
The device is connected but does not appear. See Device not found. On Windows, the cause is usually a missing Apple device driver.
Licensing
Section titled “Licensing”Is KeyMob free? Basic features are free forever and need no account or login. They include device information, performance overview, live logs, file management, app management, configuration profiles and backups. Performance charts, performance history, data analysis and backup data browsing require VIP.
Is there a trial? Performance charts can be tried for 1 minute each time you launch KeyMob, with no purchase required. To use all features, you can buy the VIP trial card (¥88 / 7 days) or VIP (¥520 / year).
How do I get an activation code? Buy one on the pricing page. You can pay with WeChat Pay, Alipay or a bank card. The activation code is shown after payment. If you missed it, use the Recover activation code page with your order number or purchase email.
Can I use one code on more than one computer? Yes. An activation code is for the purchaser only and can be activated on your own computers. Codes that are shared with others or used on a large number of devices may be deactivated without a refund.
Can I use several codes at once? No. Each computer uses one activation code at a time. Entering a new code replaces the current one, and the remaining time is not added. Activate a new code after the current one expires.
When does the validity period start? From the moment payment succeeds, not from first activation. Activate your code soon after purchase. Unused codes can be refunded; used codes cannot.
Data and privacy
Section titled “Data and privacy”Does my data leave my computer? No. The session runs between your computer and the device. Logs, files and backups are processed locally. License checks contact the license service, but they do not include device data. See the privacy policy.
Can I use KeyMob on someone else’s device? Only with the owner’s permission. The user agreement requires it, because app containers and backups contain highly personal data. Export only what you need and delete it afterwards.
