Privacy Policy

KeyMob reads performance metrics, frame rate and power data, live and crash logs, usage history, files and app data from the device you connect, so that the desktop application can display them to you. This exchange takes place between the connected device and the computer KeyMob is installed on.

What the application separately reports to us is listed in section 2. Beyond that, nothing described in this section is uploaded because you view it. If a feature does need to store content on our services on your behalf, that feature tells you so when you use it.

Contact email. The email address you enter at purchase, used to send your activation code and to recover your license. KeyMob has no accounts; the software requires no sign-up or login.

License and order information. Your activation codes and purchase records such as order number and amount, used to grant the entitlement you paid for and to provide after-sales support. Payment itself is completed through a third-party payment channel.

Device information. Device model, operating system version and a device identifier, used to count distinct installations and to detect license abuse.

Usage information. The desktop application reports how the application itself is used (which features are opened, and error and diagnostic events), associated with your license. It covers the application, not the content you read from your device. If you do not want to keep sharing it, tell us using the contact details below.

Preferences stored on your computer. Settings such as the interface language are stored on your computer and are not sent to us.

To issue and validate activation codes; to complete purchases and answer questions about them; to diagnose faults and improve the product; to send service notices about versions and updates; and to detect fraud and abuse of licenses.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers that operate our infrastructure and process payments on our behalf, as far as they need it to provide that service; where you have asked us to; and where the law requires it.

License and order records are kept while the license is valid and for as long afterwards as tax and accounting rules require. Diagnostic and usage events are kept for a limited period and then deleted. Aggregated counts that cannot identify an installation may be kept longer.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. You can ask us to stop the usage reporting described in section 2 at any time; doing so does not affect a license you already hold.

To exercise any of these rights, email 2462611616@qq.com. We may need to confirm which license a request concerns (for example by order number or purchase email) before acting on it.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access to it is restricted to the people who need it to operate the service. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise. If a breach ever affects your data, we will notify affected users and the authorities as the law requires.

This site uses the third-party analytics service 51.la to measure visits (such as pages visited, referrer and browser type). This service may use cookies. The analytics data is used only to understand how the site is used and to improve its content, not for advertising. Your language choice is stored in your browser and is not sent to us.

Pages load a web font from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts a Google server and Google receives your IP address as part of that request.

KeyMob is a developer tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
